Charlotte, NC

Ryanne Bennett
Junior Contact Center Engineer

Ryanne is a native Charlottean.
Prior to becoming a member of the Cloverhound team she spent the last 8 years in live news broadcasting.
She held various positions to include Audio Engineer and Director. She will continue to direct morning newscasts on the weekends. Ryanne completed the UNCC Full Stack Coding Bootcamp. Ryanne has always had a love of technology, to include logistics and development. In her off time Ryanne is a movie buff and is a podcaster.

Jeremy Franc
Collaboration Engineer

Jeremy relocated from the Chicagoland area to Charlotte in 2018 with his family. He is a graduate from Keller Graduate School of Management with over 10 years of experience in Information Systems and Customer Service. Jeremy enjoys traveling and creating memories with his family, trying new food and restaurants and spending time outside with nature.

Ashby Blakely
Contact Center Engineer

Ashby is originally from the Greenville/Spartanburg area of South Carolina.  Ashby joined Cloverhound as a Junior Contact Center Engineer after graduating the UNCC Full Stack Coding Bootcamp.

Prior to joining the Cloverhound team, Ashby was a supervisor for Blumenthal Performing Arts in their Ticketing Department and worked as a professional actor for several years.  Outside of Cloverhound, Ashby is either writing music or spending time with his husband Kevin and their two dogs Millie and Daisy.

Jon Snipes
Principal Architect

Jon has spent his career designing, implementing and supporting collaboration environments.

 While maintaining a focus on simplicity and ease of management, he often looks to writing code and designing applications to streamline deployments and deliver solutions that match specific business needs.

Jon resides in Greenville, SC and enjoys “making stuff” and making “things” talk to other “things” in his free time.

Stephanie Brennan
Senior Project Manager

Stephanie is originally from Waterford, Ireland and relocated to the USA seven years ago with her family.   She relocated to Charlotte over a year ago and proudly calls it her second home.  

She has over 15 years of experience in Tech, primarily in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.   Her previous roles include application analyst, software validation engineer and more recently project management.

 She loves spending time at home with her husband, three children and two dogs.  Stephanie enjoys eating out and lazy days at the beach, working out and hiking.

Mike Jezierski
Senior Contact Center Engineer

Mike has been a contact center engineer since 2007 and IT engineer overall since 2003 (boomer).

He enjoys testing things out in his lab and continuing to learning new technologies.

When not building mock and real contact center infrastructures, he enjoys tinkering with retro game consoles/electronics and also plays goalie in men’s-league hockey in southeastern Massachusetts where he grew up and still resides.

Summer Shah
Office Administrator

Summer originally hails from “The Sunshine State” where she earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida.  

Though she is new to the tech industry, Summer’s experience in customer service, HR and billing all contribute to her new role at Cloverhound.

Summer resides in Charlotte with her husband, two dogs and cat.  She enjoys baking, reading, visiting local breweries and all things reality TV.

Angelica Srivoraphan
VP Business Operations

Angelica has over a decade of experience in business development and marketing within large enterprise and tech startup environments.

Her role includes operations, project management, business development, and ensuring the snack drawer is filled.

She enjoys cooking, stuffing food in her face, exploring new cities, watching the grand tour, hiking with her dog, Momo, and daydreams about driving a Pagani Huayra on the Nürburgring.

Austin Lutz
VP Professional Services

Austin focuses on unified communications with a specialization in Webex products, including the entire Cisco video portfolio.

In addition to maintaining the Cloverhound Data Center, Austin has an intuitive knowledge of anything that emits RF. He enjoys traveling to foreign countries and working outside, including on his outdoor Wi-Fi.

He is the official barbecue caterer for the Charlotte office. Austin lives at his home in Gaston County with his wife Jenny, his 4 dogs, 2 goats and donkey.

Caleb Roland
Software Developer II

Caleb graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software, Systems and Networking and a minor in Mathematics.

He enjoys learning and finding solutions to interesting problems. In addition to working at the Cloverhound Charlotte office, he is a combat photojournalist in the Air Force Reserve.

He loves playing guitar, coding, messing around with smart home automation and taking pictures.

Henry Skates
Project Manager

Henry is originally from Shelby, NC. Henry joined Cloverhound as a Project Manager after working in the physical and electronic security division for 9 years. Henry shares a passion for the technology field and helping teams bring an idea to fruition. Henry aspires to constantly grow and is consistently chasing goals to achieve in both his career and personal life.

He is an avid snowboarder that typically spends his time studying language, memorizing the most random facts, and spending time with those that he loves. Some of those goals include learning bachata, figuring out who has the best donuts, and ascertaining his next degree.

Chad Stachowicz
CEO

Chad has worked with Cisco Unified Communications his entire professional career and brings many years of experience to the table.

He resides in Charlotte, NC with this wife, daughters, and three hound dogs. He enjoys playing golf and Notre Dame football. CCIE #47124

Kevin Parrett
COO

Kevin began his career as a collaboration engineer, but has spent the past 15 years building highly productive teams and driving business success.  He is a family man with a passion for learning, teaching and travel.

His favorite activities are grilling, fishing, butchering the game of golf and exploring new countries with his wife and two children.  CCIE #7722 Lifetime Emeritus

Quang Luong
Contact Center Engineer

Quang graduated from the University of Colorado in Denver, where he earned a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. He lives in Thornton, CO with his wife and two boys.

Quang enjoys traveling to new places, going camping with his family and watching the Denver Broncos.

Alex Aistrope
Contact Center Engineer

Originally growing up in Southwest Iowa, Alex now proudly calls Colorado home. Taking an early interest in all things IT, he has spent most of his life expanding his knowledge and has never turned down an opportunity to learn new things. Alex is a husband to Alisha and father to two young sons, Owen and Jack.

In his spare time he is a CF-LVL 1 CrossFit instructor and is currently in the process of summiting all of the 14,00ft peaks in the state of Colorado.

Clay Scott
Team Lead - Contact Center Engineer

Clay grew up in northern Colorado. He spent the past few years expanding his knowledge in cloud contact center deployments and is always looking to learn. In his off time, he is a father to two daughters, Henley and Taylor and husband to Sandi. In his spare time, Clay trains at the gym in CrossFit and drives his Porsche.

Devin Coty
Senior Software Developer

Devin grew up in Indiana and spent his first few years after college working with Special Education students at a local high school. He started programming a little while after moving to Denver and now spends most of his time developing for work or coding small projects at home.

Besides development, he enjoys playing piano and tending his small hydroponic garden in his free time.

Ed Umansky
CTO

Ed has worked as a software developer and a Cisco communications technology specialist for over 12 years. He grew up in the Chicago-area but now calls Denver home.


He enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding, and consuming delicious foods and beverages. Having a toddler and a newborn has put a crimp on some of these lately, but is awesome nonetheless.

Drew Stromber
Software Developer II

Drew grew up in the DC area and moved out west after college. He has been working in the industry since 2011, and loves learning new things and using code to solve problems.

Drew also has a passion for early stage startups and for using technology to bring ideas to life.

When he’s not coding, you can find him snowboarding or hiking in his favorite Colorado mountains.
