Chad has worked with Cisco Unified Communications his entire professional career and brings many years of experience to the table. He resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife, daughters and two dogs. He enjoys playing golf and Notre Dame football. CCIE #47124
VP Business Operations
Angelica has nearly two decades of experience spanning business development, operations, project management, and team leadership across enterprise and technology environments. She has led successful teams and complex client projects, with a particular strength in bridging business needs, customer expectations, and technical teams to turn complicated initiatives into practical, successful outcomes. Outside of work, she loves cooking, exploring new cities, working on her car, spending time with her fiancé and two dogs, Momo and Appa, and watching an excessive amount of murder documentaries. She still maintains the perfectly reasonable dream of someday getting behind the wheel of a Pagani Huayra on the Nürburgring.
Director of Professional Services
Jon has spent his career designing, implementing and supporting collaboration environments. While maintaining a focus on simplicity and ease of management, he often looks to writing code and designing applications to streamline deployments and deliver solutions that match specific business needs. Jon resides in Greenville, SC and enjoys "making stuff" and making "things" talk to other "things" in his free time.
Senior Project Manager
Originally from Waterford, Ireland, Stephanie moved to the United States with her family in 2014. She has more than 19 years of experience in technology, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and telephony industries. Over the years, she has grown from hands-on technical roles like Application Analyst and Software Validation Engineer to leading large, cross-functional projects as a Senior Project Manager. Stephanie thrives on managing complex projects, bringing teams together and keeping work aligned with business goals. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, three kidults, two dogs and is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle.
Senior Contact Center Engineer
Mike has been a contact center engineer since 2007 and IT engineer overall since 2003 (boomer). He enjoys testing things out in his lab and continuing to learning new technologies. When not building mock and real contact center infrastructures, he enjoys tinkering with retro game consoles/electronics and also plays goalie in men's-league hockey in southeastern Massachusetts where he grew up and still resides.
Contact Center Engineer
Ashby is originally from the Greenville/Spartanburg area of South Carolina. Ashby joined Cloverhound as a Junior Contact Center Engineer after graduating the UNCC Full Stack Coding Bootcamp. Prior to joining the Cloverhound team, Ashby was a supervisor for Blumenthal Performing Arts in their Ticketing Department and worked as a professional actor for several years. Outside of Cloverhound, Ashby is either writing music or spending time with his husband Kevin and their two dogs Millie and Daisy.
Collaboration Engineer
Jeremy relocated from the Chicagoland area to Charlotte in 2018 with his family. He is a graduate from Keller Graduate School of Management with over 10 years of experience in Information Systems and Customer Service. Jeremy enjoys traveling and creating memories with his family, trying new food and restaurants and spending time outside with nature.
Office Administrator
Summer originally hails from Florida where she earned her bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. She and her husband have been living in Charlotte since 2017. She brings a service-oriented approach to the Operations team with her background in customer service, HR and billing. Summer has a passion for animals and enjoys fostering for the local shelter. She also loves traveling and is addicted to reality TV.
Software Developer I
Gautam (as in Gotham City from Batman) is from Michigan and has called Charlotte home for the past 15 years. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a minor in Psychology. Gautam enjoys using his skills to solve challenging problems and build meaningful software solutions. Outside of Cloverhound, you can find Gautam playing chess, watching YouTube and going to the gym.
Software Developer II
Caleb graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software, Systems and Networking and a minor in Mathematics. He enjoys learning and finding solutions to interesting problems. In addition to working at the Cloverhound Charlotte office, he is a combat photojournalist in the Air Force Reserve. He loves playing guitar, coding, messing around with smart home automation and taking pictures.
Software Developer I
Bradley graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He is a passionate programmer with a love for creating things that are easy to use. He has spent years refining his skills to craft powerful software, intuitive interfaces, and flexible designs. Before relocating to Charlotte to work for Cloverhound, he worked in Washington, D.C. developing software for a government contractor. In his free time he enjoys writing music, taking care of his fish tank, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Collaboration Engineer
Marvin is an experienced Contact Center Engineer with more than 15 years of expertise in designing, implementing and supporting enterprise communication solutions. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Marvin graduated from a technical college in Manhattan with an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology after completing high school in Brooklyn, New York. Throughout his career he has earned multiple industry certifications, demonstrating his commitment to technical excellence and continuous learning. Outside of work, Marvin enjoys playing pickleball, staying active through fitness and pursuing ongoing professional and personal development.
Denver, CO
Our Denver team focuses on custom app development, call center, and API integrations.
CTO
Ed has worked as a software developer and a Cisco communications technology specialist for over 12 years. He grew up in the Chicago-area but now calls Denver home. He enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding, and consuming delicious foods and beverages. Having a toddler and a newborn has put a crimp on some of these lately, but is awesome nonetheless.
Team Lead Contact Center Engineering
Originally growing up in Southwest Iowa, Alex now proudly calls Colorado home. Taking an early interest in all things IT, he has spent most of his life expanding his knowledge and has never turned down an opportunity to learn new things. Alex is a husband to Alisha and father to two young sons, Owen and Jack. In his spare time he is a CF-LVL 1 CrossFit instructor and is currently in the process of summiting all of the 14,000ft peaks in the state of Colorado.
Contact Center Engineer
Quang graduated from the University of Colorado in Denver, where he earned a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. He lives in Thornton, CO with his wife and two boys. Quang enjoys traveling to new places, going camping with his family and watching the Denver Broncos.
Senior Software Developer
Devin grew up in Indiana and spent his first few years after college working with Special Education students at a local high school. He started programming a little while after moving to Denver and now spends most of his time developing for work or coding small projects at home. Besides development, he enjoys playing piano and tending his small hydroponic garden in his free time.
