Benjamin Pafford
Contact Center Engineer

Ben has several years experience implementing and maintaining applications for large enterprises; as well as providing advanced packet tracing and network troubleshooting services. He has a tenacious appetite for learning and troubleshooting and strives for efficiency. On his personal time, you can find him working on his house, mountain biking, climbing the deep-water solo at the Whitewater center, or backpacking through the mountains with his dog Ginger.

Philip Lemaster
Junior Software Developer

Philip is a native to suburban Charlotte and enjoys implementing creative and functional solutions to Cloverhound’s projects. He is a lifelong learner and enjoys discovering better methods of problem solving every day. While he spends a majority of his time outside the office with his wife and children, Philip is a game designer in his spare time and loves to to play disc golf and watch Buffalo Bills football.

Summer Shah
Operations Assistant

Summer originally hails from “The Sunshine State” where she earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida.  Though she is new to the tech industry, Summer’s experience in customer service, HR and billing all contribute to her new role at Cloverhound.  Summer resides in Charlotte with her husband, two dogs and two cats.  She enjoys baking, reading, visiting local breweries and all things reality TV.

Kane Gui
Junior Software Developer

Kane recently graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He enjoys finding solutions to complex problems and learning new things. Some of Kane’s favorite hobbies are gaming, basketball, playing the violin and spending time with friends/family.

Nathan Leatherwood
Director of Sales

Nathan Leatherwood is a business strategist, customer experience architect, and sales leader who’s spent more than a decade helping customers see results by implementing cutting edge technology. His success is most notably due to the alignment of processes and solutions to his customers’ success criteria. Outside of work, you can find Nathan enjoying time with his family and friends or engaging in some of his favorite hobbies- Crossfit, golf, and watching the Duke Blue Devils.

Andrew Teshima
Unified Communications Lead

Andrew has several years of experience working with Cisco products. He has a passion for learning and figuring out more efficient ways of doing things. His hobbies include playing and watching sports, relaxing outdoors, and anything automotive. Andrew currently resides in Charlotte, NC and is a proud Tar Heel.

Angelica Srivoraphan
VP Business Operations

Angelica has over a decade of experience in business development and marketing within large enterprise and tech startup environments. Her role includes operations, project management, business development, and ensuring the snack drawer is filled. She enjoys cooking, stuffing food in her face, exploring new cities, watching the grand tour, hiking with her dog, Momo, and daydreams about driving a Pagani Huayra on the Nürburgring.

Ann Stockman
Bookkeeper

Ann spent the first 35 years of her career as a Critical Care Registered Respiratory Therapist, retiring in 2013. She accepted the new challenge of bookkeeping for Cloverhound. Residing in Sylvania, Ohio with her husband and basset hound. Ann loves playing golf with her husband, friends, and family.

Austin Lutz
Service Delivery Manager

Austin focuses on unified communications with a specialization in Webex products, including the entire Cisco video portfolio. In addition to maintaining the Cloverhound Data Center, Austin has an intuitive knowledge of anything that emits RF. He enjoys traveling to foreign countries and working outside, including on his outdoor Wi-Fi. He is the official barbecue caterer for the Charlotte office. Austin lives at his home in Gaston County with his wife Jenny, his 4 dogs, 2 goats and donkey.

Caleb Roland
Junior Software Developer

Caleb graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software, Systems and Networking and a minor in Mathematics. He enjoys learning and finding solutions to interesting problems. In addition to working at the Cloverhound Charlotte office, he is a combat photojournalist in the Air Force Reserve. He loves playing guitar, coding, messing around with smart home automation and taking pictures.

Chad Stachowicz
CEO

Chad has worked with Cisco Unified Communications his entire professional career and brings many years of experience to the table. He resides in Charlotte, NC with this wife, daughters, and three hound dogs. He enjoys playing golf and Notre Dame football. CCIE #47124

Donyelle Murray
Junior Project Manager

Donyelle came to Charlotte via the country roads of West Virginia. She is a graduate of Marshall University, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. At Cloverhound, she helps manage multiple projects, coordinates schedules and tracks project progress. When she is not at work, Donyelle enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants and working out.

Ryan Davis
Software Developer

Ryan is a recent graduate from the University of South Carolina but originally hails from the DC area. He loves SEC football, ping pong and watching the programs he codes come to life. At Cloverhound, he serves as the bridge between our Charlotte office and our development team in Denver. When he’s not at work, Ryan spends his time with his other love, cooking.

Tim Spiller
Contact Center Engineer

Tim is focused on Cisco Collaboration and product deployment. He enjoys collaborating with his teammates and is skilled at solving complicated problems in Cisco environments. When he’s not working you can find him tinkering with technology and learning to code in new languages, he also loves working out, meeting new people, and watching Ohio State Football.

Zachary Sherbondy
Team Lead of Contact Center Engineering

Zach is focused on unified communications and works closely with Omnichannel solutions. He is determined to find innovative approaches to user and caller experiences. He enjoys exploring the boundaries of RESTful APIs and can often be found debugging on a Linux sandbox. Zach lives in Charlotte with his dog, Boone. When he is not spinning up virtual test machines in the lab, he enjoys bouldering at the local rock climbing gym. Not only is he a rock climber, but also a proud Appalachian State University Mountaineer.

Quang Luong
Contact Center Engineer

Quang graduated from the University of Colorado in Denver, where he earned a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. He lives in Thornton, CO with his wife and two boys. Quang enjoys traveling to new places, going camping with his family and watching the Denver Broncos.

Mark Helt
Junior Software Developer

Mark is originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia where he graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Biotechnology. He developed a passion for programming after learning how to automate parts of his home brewing system.  When he’s not working he enjoys hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding.

Alex Aistrope
Contact Center Engineer

Originally growing up in Southwest Iowa, Alex now proudly calls Colorado home. Taking an early interest in all things IT, he has spent most of his life expanding his knowledge and has never turned down an opportunity to learn new things. Alex is a husband to Alisha and father to two young sons, Owen and Jack. In his spare time he is a CF-LVL 1 CrossFit instructor and is currently in the process of summiting all of the 14,00ft peaks in the state of Colorado.

Louisa Xue
Software Developer

Louisa began working as a software engineer in 2018 after completing a bootcamp in San Francisco. In past lives she has worked as a nutritional science researcher, caretaker of piglets, data analyst and bartender. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, traveling and snacking. Since moving to Denver from Los Angeles, she has started snowboarding and bouldering and has developed a proclivity for checking the weather forecast every single day.

Clay Scott
Contact Center Engineer

Clay grew up in northern Colorado. He spent the past few years expanding his knowledge in cloud contact center deployments and is always looking to learn. In his off time, he is a father to two daughters, Henley and Taylor and husband to Sandi. In his spare time, Clay trains at the gym in CrossFit and drives his Porsche.

Devin Coty
Software Developer

Devin grew up in Indiana and spent his first few years after college working with Special Education students at a local high school. He started programming a little while after moving to Denver and now spends most of his time developing for work or coding small projects at home. Besides development, he enjoys playing piano and tending his small hydroponic garden in his free time.

Ed Umansky
CTO

Ed has worked as a software developer and a Cisco communications technology specialist for over 12 years. He grew up in the Chicago-area but now calls Denver home. He enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding, and consuming delicious foods and beverages. Having a toddler and a newborn has put a crimp on some of these lately, but is awesome nonetheless.

Jai Misra
Software Developer

Jai Misra is a web developer originally from the Washington, D.C. area who loves traveling around the American Southwest. He enjoys making people laugh, watching combat sports, and teaching beginners how to code every other week at his Denver Pre-Programmers Meetup in downtown Denver, CO.
